Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and any purchase you make from GlowNest ("GlowNest", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

2. Products

GlowNest products are cosmetic beauty devices for personal use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary between people. Read the user guide and safety warnings before use. Don't use the device if you are pregnant, epileptic or photosensitive, or if you take photosensitizing medication. If you have a medical or skin condition, ask a doctor first.

We try to show product colors, images and details accurately. Your screen may show colors differently, and small differences in packaging or design may occur.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there's a pricing error. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day glow guarantee. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to break its security, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

7. Intellectual property

The site's content, including text, images, videos, logos and design, belongs to GlowNest or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Reviews and messages

If you send us reviews, comments, photos or ideas, you allow us to use them, without payment, to run and promote the store. Don't send anything that is unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment and shipping providers. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms and as required by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that the site will always be available or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GlowNest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate GlowNest for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

13. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
