Shipping Policy

GlowNest ships to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on every order to the US and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

After processing, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days. Your items ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which may be outside the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or because of carrier delays.

Order tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show updates after the first scan.

Holiday orders

To receive your order before December 25, please order by December 1.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 business days after shipping, email us at yuval@titancode.co.il. We'll reship your order or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships.

Duties and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the carrier on delivery, which are the customer's responsibility.

Multiple items

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
