How often should I use it?
We recommend 10-minute sessions 3 to 5 times a week. Most people use it in the evening after cleansing.
Does it get hot?
No. It uses LED light, not heat. It may feel slightly warm.
Can I see while wearing it?
Yes. The mask has eye openings, so you can scroll, read or watch TV.
Who should not use it?
Don't use it if you are pregnant, epileptic or photosensitive, or if you take photosensitizing medication. If you have a skin condition, ask your doctor first. Don't look directly into the lights.
Is it a medical device?
No. GlowNest is a cosmetic beauty device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
